Request for Information - Salesforce Implementation Services

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice to gather industry information regarding Salesforce IEP at Edwards AFB and the Air Force Research Laboratory.The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can perform Salesforce Services in accordance with the "Draft" Statement of Work (SOW) dated 19 March 2023.The contractor(s) shall provide implementation services for a custom designed Salesforce Service Cloud application, providing minimum marketable features (MMF) of a centralized platform for Air Force Research Lab personnel. Additionally, the application will automate business processes across a 7-stage operational framework, including engagement, new work requests, team reviews, estimates and proposals, readiness, execution, and transition (discharge).It is anticipated that the Salesforce Services Implementation will be a 15-week contract, Firm Fixed-Price definite contract.
