Oregon Records Management System / SaaS

This agreement provides a single host provider who is qualified and has the resources and expertise to develop, operate and maintain a highly secure facility containing a network of software and equipment that will provide up to 20,000 end users across the state with remote access to an electronic records management system for the classification, secure storage, accessing and disposal of a high volume of records of multiple public entities, both state and local. Obtain Agency approval 4. Secretary of State (SoS) will send Agency an Agreement 5. See ORPIN Attachments a. Delegation Agreement b. Interagency Agreement (IAA) c. Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) 6. Once the IAA/IGA and Subscription/Non-Subscription Services Agreement is signed by all parties and returned to SoS services can begin.
