Chiller and Cooling Tower Maintenance

The Board of Regents, by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide “Chiller and Cooling Tower Annual Preventative Maintenance,Testing,Inspection and Repair Services” to Kennesaw State University (KSU), Kennesaw, GA as described in this eRFQ. All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM, August 7,2017. Responses to written questions will be posted by August 14,2017. Only electronic proposals submitted via the eSource system will be considered. No emailed or faxed bid responses will be accepted. KSU reserves the right to request further documents including, but not limited to: audited financial statements. Restrictions on Communicating with Staff: Bidders/Suppliers are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named
