The goal of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to establish a pool of qualified contractors for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school year that will provide service for the Districts Fine Arts programs on an as needed basis to include but not limited to the following: Guest Conductors / Clinicians Choreographers Instrument Accompanist Composers / Arrangers Instructors Play Writes Vocal / Instrumental Coaches Set Designer Marching / Percussion / Color Guard Technicians This is an extended opening RFP and awards throughout the open solicitation period. Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and qualified by the District on a monthly basis. The District expects

to award this solicitation to multiple contractors, evaluation will be based on the qualities outlined in the attached Award Evaluation Criteria, service to be provided and the needs of the District. Wylie ISD reserves the right to request post-proposal modifications, including best and final offers, as well as post - proposal meetings. This District also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities and informalities, to be sole judge of quality and equality and will accept the proposals that are deemed to best meet the needs of the District. The District will notify the proposers upon award by the Wylie ISD Board of Trustees. An award of a contract resulting from this solicitation does not imply an exclusive engagement or that any purchase is guaranteed to the awardee. Please refer to the tentative award schedule and submission deadlines given in the Activity section of this RFP. Electronic submission is preferred through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave or three (3) complete hard copies of the proposal with original signatures may be submitted to the proposal coordinator.
