21-02 Coastal Engineering Services, Continuing Services Contract

The Bay County Tourist Development Council on behalf of the Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide coastal engineering services related to effectively maintaining the coastal environment, and specifically, the beaches of Bay County. Anticipated services may include beach erosion control project planning, design, and construction phase engineering; coastal engineering analysis and modeling, inlet sediment budget analysis, state and federal permitting for beach erosion control projects; geotechnical study, including development of offshore sand resources; construction management and observation; project certification and contract administration; collection, analysis, and reporting of topographic and bathymetric survey monitoring data; emergency storm damage response; GIS assistance, and environmental services assistance. Requested services may involve an entire project or a specific project phase. SEALED SUBMITTALS for RFQ NO 21-02 Coastal Engineering Services, Continuing Services Contract will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 PM (CDT) Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Submittal is received on time.
