Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Adobe Inc. for Adobe product licenses and services. DESCRIPTION: Adobe Inc. will provide software licenses and services to the City,

including but not limited to: Acrobat Pro DC; Captivate; All Apps; Illustrator; InDesign; Premiere Pro; Photoshop; and Dreamweaver. REASONS FOR THE DIRECT AWARD: The Agreement between the City and Adobe Inc. expires on March 29, 2023, reaching a three-year contract term. The City's various business operations intend to continue using the software licenses and services for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the City intends to enter into a sole source contract with Adobe Inc. for the continued provision of software licenses and services. TERM: Three (3) years. The contract is valued at approximately $1,770,000.
