Description:
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2020, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all tools, labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for LUTHER ROAD SOUTH, as per the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Engineering Department and on file with the City Clerk.

ESTIMATE OF QUANTITIES

2100 SY of 8-inch PC Concrete Pavement, AND, other associated work including 765 LF of storm sewer of various sizes, curb ramps, adjusting manholes and valves, relocating inlets, sod and erosion control measures.

Contractors that are qualified to bid must obtain the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents from the City Engineer’s office, 3rd. Floor, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, NE. A non-refundable deposit of $40.00 will be charged for each hard copy set of Plans and Specifications. Digital copies may be obtained, free of charge, by emailing the office of the Civil Engineer at

All work shall conform to the City of Fremont’s Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition. The contractor shall commence work as soon as practical after execution of the contract and complete the work no later than November 15, 2020.
