Enterprise Asset Management Plan RFP

LEGAL NOTICE City of Redmond, Enterprise Asset Management Plan The City of Redmond Public Works Department invites consultants to respond to RFP# 2024-03 - Redmond Enterprise Asset Management Plan. Proposals shall be received by City Hall, Attn: City Recorder, 411 SW 9 th St, Redmond, OR, 97756 until 2:00 p.m. on April 3, 2024. Proposals must be clearly labeled with “GN2401 Redmond Enterprise Asset Management Plan”. Proposals received after the 2:00 p.m. deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the consultant. Proposals will be reviewed April 4 th through April 9 th. If deemed necessary, interviews will be held April 16 th and 17 th. The Project includes development of three major documents including The City’s Asset Management Policy, The City’s Strategic Asset Management Plan, and Department and Division Specific Asset Management Plans. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $170,000. The Request for Proposal, attachments, and specifications may be

obtained for no cost at www.ciplist.com or through the City’s website at https://www.redmondoregon.gov/business/rfps-rfqs. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for checking the website(s) to determine if any addenda have been issued.
