Submissions in response to thisannouncement shallbe for areas relating to the advancement of Command, Control, Communications,Computers, Intelligence,Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities, enabling technologies forInformation Operationsand Cyberspace Operations, and Information Technology systems.
