The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the Successful Proponent to complete and deliver the Scope of work as outlined in Appendix 1. The project will be completed

in a total of four (4) phases to completion. The phases are outlined in Appendix 1. Depending on the performance, schedule adherence and the quality of the deliverables, the Successful Proponent of this Project may be considered for subsequent phases of this work. However, it is not guaranteed that the Proponent will receive work in future phases, and EPCOR, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select different or additional Proponents, from this or additional procurements, for subsequent phases. EPCOR, at its sole discretion, may also opt to do one of more of the above phases in parallel with multiple Proponents from this RFP, or additional procurements.
