NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- ACC-RSA intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Heldenmesh Software for the purchase of proprietary software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source.
