The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking professional, timely, thorough and cost-effective legal services in defense of USDA that result in favorable rulings to the Department. The Contractor shall provide the full gamut of legal services for employment-related litigation in accordance with EEOC Initial Orders, MSPB Acknowledgement Orders and USDA regulations. The scope of the resultant contract may include employment-related legal services for all USDA and USDA agencies.
