Description: IFB for Elevator / Lift Inspection and Maintenance. The City of Redmond, Washington requests interested parties to submit bids for monthly inspection and maintenance of City elevators and lifts at various sites within the City.There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on 11/29/2022 at 10:30am. RSVP by end of day 11/23/2022. Due to site visits including the Redmond Public Safety Building we will need to have attendees full name and DOB so background checks can be conducted before the visit. You may wait in the lobby of the Public Safety Building during this stop on the tour if you do not wish to have a background check ahead of the pre-bid meeting.
