The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at U.S. Embassy Jakarta requires: Thirty-eight (38) Yamaha engines to repower nineteen (19) twin-engine boats, with controls and cables. Retrofitting all gauges and sensors for the nineteen (19) defender-class boats (gauges and controls to be compatible with Yamaha engines). 15 boats designed and manufactured by SAFE Boats International and 4 boats designed and manufactured by NAIAD.Fifteen (15) SAFE™ (Secured Around Flotation Equipped) collar system for Defender Class boat, and four (4) foam fenders collar system for NAIAD 10M-WAC-M-OB closed cabin aluminum hull boats.Nineteen (19) Navigation and Communication for 15 boats designed and manufactured by SAFE Boats International and 4 boats designed and manufactured by NAIAD.Spare and maintenance parts, and consumable supplies as specifiedInstallation of engines, collar systems, and navigation and communications systemsInstallation of navigation and communication systemsExpert Technical training on performance of general maintenanceDisposal of removed/replaced
