AFDTL N2 Generation System

AFDTL's in-house purified nitrogen generation system in accordance with technical requirements (found in Agilent Site Prep Checklist 17 Mar 2016, Revision: 03) for operating Agilent Technologies G6460C Triple Quad LCMS instrumentation and technical requirements (found in TurboVap LV User's Manual P/N C128098 Rev. 02) for operating Biotage TurboCap LV evaporators. The nitrogen can be provided either via:Salient Characteristics:(i) A nitrogen generator onsite delivering ≥ 95.0 % purity and hydrocarbon free nitrogen at 80-100 PSI at 3 to 30 L/min to up to eight G6460C LCMS instruments and a 60 to 100 PSI nitrogen source to deliver 169.8 L/min at 15 PSI to supply nitrogen to the TurboVap apparatuses.(ii) A nitrogen dewar system delivering ≥ 99.5 % purity and hydrocarbon free nitrogen at 80-100 PSI from 3 to 30 L/min to up to eight G6460C LCMS instruments and a 60 to 100 PSI nitrogen source to deliver 169.8 L/min at 15 PSI to supply nitrogen to the TurboVap apparatuses.(iii) Additionally, the Contractor shall provide emergency and regular preventative maintenance to AFDTL's in-house nitrogen generation
