Be advised, that the posting made herein on 01 Nov 2019 is the official solicitation/Request for Proposal of record, and that all due dates were updated accordingly given the lapse in time since the first attempt to post this solicitation/Request for Proposal on 30 Oct 2019.Offerors are hereby advised, that this current posting, as well as its one attachment, are the solicitation/Request for Proposal of record for LAREDO RFP # FA9300-19-R-0003, and that offerors shall use the information contained herein when proposing.**This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation also uses the Contracting by Negotiation procedures in FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, AFAC 2018-0525 and DFARS Change Notice (DPN) 201900809. NAICS is 561210 with a size standard of $38.5M. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is R706.This is a commercial acquisition, with 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.502-2(b)(1).The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to acquire the following service:The Contractor shall provide all on-site management, supervision, qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, vehicles, transportation, tools, materials, personnel protective equipment (PPE), cell phones, material handling equipment, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Logistics for Aerospace Research and Development Operations (LAREDO) as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP).This includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all tasking under the contract.
