SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Qty- 1 lotTechnical specifications for ePixHRv4 - REQ 327513SLAC TID-ID Integrated Circuits department is in need of a novel ASIC for the ePixHR project.The ASIC consists of an array of pixels which will amplify and noise-shape the signal from a Siphotodiode array, as well as ~200 Analog-to-Digital converters operating simultaneously at highconversion rates. No commercial devices is available on the market with such

specifications,therefore SLAC needs to fabricate a dedicated ASIC in a commercial CMOS semiconductorfoundry.The CMOS technology must offer the following features:- 0.25um CMOS Mixed Signal Process- 5 layers of metals for interconnections- Al top layer- Transistor operating voltages: 2.5V & 3.3V- zero threshold PMOS and NMOS- medium threshold NMOS- thick top metal for increased conductivityThe award will be made based upon the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method.Marking of Proprietary/Confidential Information.
