Contract Overview
The Purchasing Division is pleased to announce an agreement for discounted pricing on qualified Southwest Airlines Flights. This contract is effective from October 15, 2018 through October 31, 2020.
Using agencies MUST book travel through SWABIZ, the free Southwest Airlines online corporate booking tool, to receive the discounted fares. (Please refer to the State Administrative Manual, Chapter 0216)
SWABIZ will display the lowest available "Wanna Get Away" rate, which may reflect a 3% discount (if a discount is available)
SWABIZ will provide free travel management reports for agencies to track air reservations.
SWABIZ requires a Company ID to book travel. If you do not have one, see Company ID link below.
Permissive UsersThese contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the
