Construction Manager at Risk for Bond Construction Projects and Other Projects on a As Needed Basis

Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Lewisville Independent School District (the "District" or "Owner") to select, via the two-step process, multiple Construction Manager­ at-Risk ("CM@R") firms for the construction of Bond Construction Projects and other construction projects on an as needed basis, as generally described in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). Persons or entities submitting proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications are referred to herein as offeror(s). It is the intent of this RFQ to select multiple firms to perform Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the District. The Owner reserves the right to issue projects under another delivery method or a separate RFQ for CM@R if so desired. The Owner reserves the right to post an additional RFQ at a later date to add other CM@R firms to the list of qualified firms during the duration of this contract. All firms shall submit their qualifications with this proposal format. The firms may submit their own format of information as an attachment.
