Miette Hot Springs Roof Replacement and Pool Buildings Exterior Rehabilitation (5P420-17-5224/A) Requirement:
Miette Hot Springs requires a contractor to perform all the work associated with exterior rehabilitation of the pool buildings and roof replacement, including removal and disposal of existing concrete tiles, cedar shakes, lead flashings, eave, rake, ridge, and vent flashings. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of

this project.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by November 30, 2017. See specifications for project milestones.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
