SummaryThe contractor shall install two new 210-ton refrigerant compressor equipment, provide hot gas piping and liquid refrigerant piping, pressure relief vent piping, electrical and control wiring and conduit. The contractor is responsible for reclaiming existing refrigerant and demo of existing piping. Contractor shall install new R-22 refrigerant monitoring and alarm system for the ice rink refrigerant system. Contractor shall provide all recommended scheduled maintenance and emergency service for twelve (12) months after installation. Refer to Bidding Contractor Qualifications under Project Details.1.2.
