Vendors certify and acknowledge the following concerning delivery: The building to which the item(s) requested in this solicitation are to be shipped/delivered does not have a loading dock. The vendor's delivery price, whether included in the item cost or as a separate line item, should reflect this and include any and all cost associated with inside delivery to the building/facility. 6. Proposer shall agree to terms and conditions contained within University’s Standard Contract Agreement.
