This RFP may result in a single or multiple awards. It is the County’s intent to award a contract for five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County will hold a pre-proposal conference on the date and time specified in Section III.A of this RFP. For those unable to attend in person, a teleconference line will be provided. Attendance in the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended. THIS RFP SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PERISCOPE HOLDINGS.
