The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-19-G-0005, to Cubic Corporation, 9333 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123, for the procurement of Portable Common Data Link (Port-CDL) Test Set.The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following services:System-level Engineering and Conceptual DesignsTrade Study AnalysisDesign Synthesis and Transition PlanningDue to the extremely tight requirements schedule this notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
