Maintenance upgrade for T400TSS systems

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 3.1    Vendor tasks. The vendor shall provide maintenance upgrade service for RTL-T400TSS Kratos RT Logic TM link simulator systems. The vendor’s engineers/technicians require to be trained and certified by Kratos RT Logic Inc. The vendor will perform the following:a.    Perform maintenance upgrade service.b.    Replace obsolete Adobe Flash with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) 5 so the Graphical User Interface (GUI) will function with modern browsers.c.    Provide 365x24x7 customer support.d.    Provide access to critical application updates.Qty 01.
