ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY INSERTING ITS NUMBER IN THE BID FORM; FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT BONA FIDE BIDDER TO DISQUALIFICATION.

THIS ADDENDUM FORMS A PART OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS; IT MODIFIES THEM AS FOLLOWS:

There have been a few questions about the uniform within the bid for quote.

Q1: Do we want 1 or 2 color printing? The bid states either; but, this makes a big difference on prices.
A1: 2 color printing. One color will be for the numbers.

Q2: Do all of the basketball, softball & baseball uniforms get the same logo or does each team have a
different logo?
A2: Baseball uniforms are MLB and MiLB replicas. Softball uniforms are NCAA replicas. Basketball
uniforms are NBA and WNBA replicas.

Q3: What is the hat or visor logo? Is it the same on all hats / visors?
A3:

Hats are replicas to match MLB and MiLlB jerseys.

Q4: Are the All Star uniforms a specific brand & style and are they 2 color or 1 color lettering?
A4: All Star uniforms are based on what the coaches order, but can all be the same brand. 2 color.

Q5: Any specific catcher’s kit brand & sizes?
A5: Catcher’s kits are usually All Star brand. Various sizes are from 7-9 up to 13-15.

Q6: Any specific type or brand of staff hat and need to know how many & to letter?
A6: No particular brand for the staff hat. These are usually just an adjustable, one color print.

Q7: Any specific Rawlings baseballs? Can they use Diamond or Wilson baseballs?
A7: Baseballs must be Dizzy Dean, brand doesn’t matter.

Q8: How much lead time can they give us after they place the order(s)?
A8: Usually, there is a 3 to 4 week turn around for uniform orders.

Q9: Are the Holloway youth & adult Collegiate replica jerseys baseball or basketball?
A9: The Collegiate replicas are for the girls softball.

Q10. Are the Majestic replica jerseys the cotton replica tees?
A10. The Majestic replicas are a dri-fit material (not cotton if we can avoid it).

Q11. What brand and style do you want the All Star jerseys?
A11. You can price us out Under Armour for All Stars.
