CONTRACT NO. ED 2021-10 City-Wide Planimetric Mapping Services. The City of Marlborough is seeking Proposal from qualified firms for the development of a city-wide photogrammetric land base map. Major tasks involved with this project include developing new planimetric mapping and new topographic mapping based on aerial orthography (4-Band, 3-inch pixel resolution) acquired by the City in the spring of 2021. Estimated Project Cost: $55,000.00. The contract term will be up to one (1) year. Separately sealed Price and Non-Price (Technical) Proposals shall be submitted to the Procurement Office, City Hall, 140 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Marlborough, MA 01752 by June 7, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. Separately sealed proposals shall be clearly marked "PRICE PROPOSAL FOR CITY-WIDE PLANIMETRIC MAPPING SERVICES - CONTRACT ED 2021-10" and "NON-PRICE PROPOSAL FOR CITY-WIDE PLANIMETRIC MAPPING SERVICES - CONTRACT ED 2021-10". The City will not be responsible for the premature opening of proposals not properly identified, and such proposals will be rejected. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. After the proposal submission deadline, a register of proposals received will be made. Price Proposals shall remain confidential until such time as technical proposals have been evaluated.
