TThe County of Santa Clara Health System (“County” and/or “Health System”) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced medical groups (hereafter “Offerors”) interested in providing inpatient hospitalist and intensivist physician staffing services for patients at O’Connor Hospital (“OCH”) and Saint Louise Regional Hospital (“SLRH”).
This RFP may result in a single or multiple award. If an award is made, it is the County’s intent to award an agreement for up to three (3) year term, with an option for two one-year term renewals, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
