CONTENTS: If any provision or specification in this "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) is ambiguous or is disputed by a bidder, the bidder must notify the County Purchasing Division prior to the opening of the bids. No dispute or protest concerning the ambiguity of these specifications or provisions of the ITB shall be accepted following opening of the bids. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: Schedule A - West 12th Street Corridor Phase 4: The project generally includes widening the West 12th Street Corridor from 7100 West to 8300 West, including roadway and storm drain improvements. Schedule B - 12th Street Pipeline Replacement: The project generally includes the construction of 18,200 linear feet of 30” waterline. See bid documents located under BUYER ATTACHMENTS for complete and detailed scope of work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Breakout Room behind the Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber County Complex Building: 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT 84401. SUBMITTING YOUR BID: See Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 20 00, in the Bid Document located under BUYER ATTACHMENTS for instructions and requirements. There will not be a bid opening meeting immediately following the close of this solicitation. All bids will be reviewed thoroughly and in a timely manner, at which point an intent to award will be posted in SciQuest to notify all relevant parties.
