Services will be solicited from the bench of awarded Firms resulting from this solicitation. Services will be contracted through the issuance of individual Task Order Agreements (TOAs). NCTD intends to award multiple Master Agreements to form a bench of the highest qualified Firms. The Agreement period is anticipated to be for a three (3) year term with one (1) two (2) year option.
