Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on July 20, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Project Scope: Furnish and install a 20 ton Roof Top unit heat pump package unit equivalent to existing. Remove and dispose of existing unit.
