Property Management Services RFP Project Description :Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) seeks proposals for the provision of property management services, for the following 3 District-owned residences that are located within Regional Parks: Residence Location Current Use 3040 Hall Road, Kelowna, BCVacant (former resident security contractor residence) 2080 Hollywood Road South, Kelowna, BCVacant (former resident security contractor residence) 2362 George Court, West Kelowna, BCVacant (former parks zone office and resident security contractor residence) The property management services are to commence at the earliest opportunity, and will be provided for an estimated duration of up to 36 months for each residence.
