NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, PERMANENT FUND DIVIDEND DIVISION On October 13, 2022, the Department of Revenue, Permanent Fund Dividend Division adopted regulations in Title 15, Chapter 23. The regulations concern Permanent Fund Dividend electronic signature requirements.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 23, 2022, and are effective on December 23, 2022.
