Projects may include, but are not limited to water, wastewater, storm water pipeline projects, buildings, bridges, roadway paving, process facilities, parks and site work. Work will be assigned to the Consultant via Task Order as determined by City staff on a project/task specific basis, consisting of a mutually agreed upon scope of services. Other Details Notes Special Notices Local Programs & Policies The City shall apply a maximum of an additional 12 points for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) or Emerging Local Business Enterprise (ELBE) participation, to the proposer’s subtotal maximum evaluation points. Additional points will be awarded as follows to achieve the proposer’s final maximum evaluation points: a. If the proposer achieves 20% participation, apply 5 points to the proposer’s score; or b. If the proposer achieves 25% participation, apply 10 points to the proposer’s score; or c. If the prime consultant is a SLBE or an ELBE, apply 12 points to the proposer’s score.
