The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: DABS Warehouse Expansion Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services Salt Lake City, Utah DFCM Project# 24255030 Project Description: The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services has asked for assistance with the Programming and design of the DABS Warehouse Expansion in Salt Lake City. The Programming for this Project will build on the Feasibility Study that was completed last year. Construction Budget: $72,000,000.00 The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 19, 2023 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
