PNA-484-10202023DB I-16 at Old Cuyler Road Construction DB Project

GDOT intends to solicit responses for design and construction services to deliver a new roundabout-controlled diamond interchange (overpass bridge) located east of the existing weigh station on Interstate 16 (I-16), which would realign Old Cuyler Road and Cuyler Road over I-16 as two-lane to four-lane sections with a 10-foot raised median in Bryan County, GA (the "Project"). The Project limits begin east of the I-16 Frontage Road from US 280 / SR 30 to near CR 11 / Jernigan Road (P.I. No. 0019452), where Cuyler Road will tie into the Frontage Road. The total Project length is approximately 1.2 miles. This Project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a Two-Phase Best Value (Shortlist) method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the Project. See the PNA for additional details.
