NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Franklin, TN, is receiving sealed written bids until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on March 28, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened, for the following procurement: Water Reclamation Facility rehabilitation and resiliency improvements (Solicitation No. 2024-008). A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit for the project will be held on February 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time at the City’s Water Reclamation Facility, 135 Claude Yates Drive, Franklin, TN 37064, in the Solids Building biolab. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and the site visit. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the City’s specifications and other procurement documents pertaining to this solicitation, including any addenda that may be issued, available on the Business Opportunities page of the City’s website (https://www.franklintn.gov/) or by contacting City Purchasing (purchasing@franklintn.gov; 615-550-6692). Per T.C.A. § 12-4-116, potential bidders are not required to receive or respond to this procurement solicitation electronically.
