Notice Type: Sole Source Award Notice to OCLC Inc.Title: Library Management SystemDescription – This synopsis shall serve as the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration’s notice of intent to issue a sole source Purchase Order to OCLC, Inc. (DUNS code 063587745) for the FedRamp Library Management System, for EOP authorized library management and index based discovery system.  The period of performance is a 12-month base period plus four (4) option years.  This is a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and the proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source.  This notice is valid until Saturday 17 April 2021.This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action.  It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.  Requests for copies of any solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to provide and perform the required supply and services.  No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated.  All questions and/or comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing to LorieAnne Kliewer at lorie.a.kliewer@oa.eop.gov and Gloria Norwood at
