A full description can be found in Section IV, Project Description and Scope of Work of the attached RFP document. This project is funded with the Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Other Details All prospective consultants shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually.
