Bids Published Here NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE FOR MAINE TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 207 A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Maine Township High School District 207, Cook County, Illinois, for 2022 will be held on December 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Administration Center, 1177 South Dee Road, Park Ridge, Illinois. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2021 were $132,059,186. The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2022 are $140,269,157. This represents a 6.22% increase over the previous year. The property taxes extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2021 were $15,090,304. The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt service and public building commission leases for 2022 are $15,000,000. This represents a (0.6%) decrease over the previous year. The total property taxes extended or abated for 2021 were $147,149,492. The estimated total property taxes to be levied for 2022 are $157,739,157.
