The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary for installation of a control panel for the automation of the water system with a programmable logic controller (PLC) at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. This panel and PLC will allow for the automation and proper utilization of the existing irrigation system throughout the cemetery, and the continual pressure of the water lines within the cemetery. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities described in the Statement of Work. Services include the training of six (6) employees on pump operation. Training shall be a minimum of one (1) hour.
