You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 19-436 ¿ Landscape Maintenance Services at Costa Mesa DMV Field Office
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform Term: June 1, 2020 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through May 31, 2022, with a DMV option to extend for twelve (12) months additional. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
The anticipated term for this Agreement is June 1, 2020 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through May 31, 2022.
The bidder must possess a valid C-27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
Questions are due 1/28/20 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 1/30/20 by 5:00 p.m.
Bids are due Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
