Occupational Medical Services

Community Transit is seeking qualified Provider(s) with the technical skills, knowledge, and capacity to provide Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT occupational medical services on an as needed basis. Currently, Community Transit has two occupational medical providers: Concentra Medical Centers (Occupational Health Centers of Washington) and MultiCare Health Systems. MultiCare’s occupational medical location near Community Transit is closing. This request for proposal is anticipated to award occupational medical provider(s) to supplement Community Transit access to services.  Initial contract term of two-years beginning June 2022, through July 30, 2024, with one five-year option, at the sole discretion of Community Transit.InstructionsA.
