This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the JAMES Water Treatment Plant solids contact tank cleaning and aeration diffuser replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence immediately following contract award in May 2024 and ends as early as possible before September 2024.
