Paint Interior of Building 140

This is a synopsis of a solicitation for Interior Painting of Building 140 on Goodfellow AFB. A request for written quotes will be posted and made available on or after 29 May 2020. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Product Service Code is Z1JZ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, Size Standard is $16.5 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204(a), the magnitude for this acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 24 June 2020. The anticipated Period of Performance will be 60 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. All responsible contractors may submit a

quote and will be considered by the 17th Contracting Squadron.
