Substation Portable Toilet Maintenance Service- South Zone

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS is 562991.  This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13.Requirement Details:The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), requires a contractor to furnish, service, and maintain three (3) portable single user toilet units and three (3) hand washing stations which meet or exceed applicable Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) requirements (one unisex toilet and one handwashing station at each advertised

loation). The contract period of performance is October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, for the base year. There will be a total of four optional years available. Additional details are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 2 pm PST on August 15, 2022, in order to have time to respond before closing date.
