Base Camp Moose Pass, LLCPROJECT NAME: ADL 233992GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Moose Pass, AKLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian. EXISTING EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: A right-of-way parcel depicted as Lot 41 on Supplemental Plat USS 2528.REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested to develop approximately 0.85 acres of a platted right-of-way depicted as Lot 41 of Supplemental Plat USS 2528 to provide access to adjacent lots. Development would consist of a twenty-foot-wide residential road built to Kenai Peninsula Borough Class 1 road standards with a maximum grade of 10%.DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS:
