Contract Cleaning Bids for Multiple Buildings

Separately sealed bids are requested by the Town Manager for “Contract Cleaning Services for the Floral Street School “, Contract Cleaning Services Sherwood Middle School”, “Contract Cleaning Services for the Calvin Coolidge Elementary School”, “Contract Cleaning Services for the Municipal Office Building and Police Station”, “Contract Cleaning Services for Oak Middle School” for the Public Facilities Department. Specifications may be obtained electronically by emailing kbaldinger@shrewsburyma.gov or at the Public Buildings Office, Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA. 01545, or by calling (508) 841-8657. Bids shall be sealed and appropriately marked "CONTRACT CLEANING FLORAL STREET SCHOOL’ or   “CONTRACT CLEANING SHERWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL”, or “CONTRACT CLEANING CALVIN COOLIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL”, or “CONTRACT CLEANING MUNICIPAL OFFICE BUILDING AND POLICE STATION " or “CONTRACT CLEANING OAK MIDDLE SCHOOL".   All Bids will be received in the Town Manager’s Office, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA. 01545, on or before February 25, 2021 until 11:00 a.m. at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Pre-bid conferences will be held at Calvin Coolidge Elementary School, 1 Florence Street at 1:00PM Floral Street School, 57 Floral Street at 2:00PM, Sherwood Middle School, 28 Sherwood Avenue at 3:00PM, Oak Middle School, 45 Oak Street at 4:00PM, Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Ave at 5:00PM and The Police Station, 106 Maple Ave at 5:30PM on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
