Request For Proposals Facilities Management 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive

Summary Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Louis (LCRA) seeks proposals for facilities management services to support a vacant, former electrical manufacturing facility at 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in the City of St. Louis. LCRA closed on its acquisition of the building at 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in St. Louis, MO in October 2023. LCRA plans to stabilize and transform the approximate 150,000-square-foot industrial building that is situated on 15 acres into a workforce training hub for manufacturing and other high-paying, in-demand jobs. The site is currently vacant, but LCRA plans to begin work that will require personnel and contractors to have access to the site at various times. To maintain the stability and safety of the 15-acre industrial facility, around-the-clock facility management services are required. The selected firm must be capable of developing and delivering comprehensive Facilities Maintenance, Groundskeeping, and Custodial Services (as required). AMENDED 1-8-2024. See
