All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid specifications and with the following conditions: If quoting equivalent equipment, vendor must provide full documentation and specification and sales literature. Vendor shall supply full service and operator’s manuals for all equipment, in hardcopy and additionally in electronic form if available. The anticipated delivery dates for the cab and chassis from Allegiance Trucks is as follows: one (1 each) in March 2023 and one (1 each) in

August 2023. These dates are subject to change. The vehicle specifications are attached for the bidder’s reference.
